Rich tones of toasted agave, toffee, and cocoa nibs blend with baking spices (cinnamon, clove), light smoke, and candied citrus peel. The oak aging adds velvety tannins and a smooth mouthfeel without overpowering the agave’s freshness. The finish is long, warming, and spicy. Leaves behind flavors of aged oak, agave syrup, peppercorn, and dried orange, with a hint of dark chocolate. Exceptionally balanced and persistent.
