On the palate, full-bodied and velvety, featuring flavors of dark chocolate, treacle, and black forest fruits. The influence of sherry cask finishing brings notes of roasted nuts, molasses, and sweet dried fruits, balanced by a hint of sea salt and a delicate, smoky undertone. The finish is long, warming, and sophisticated with lingering notes of bitter chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, and a touch of peaty smoke.
