Immediate waves of peat smoke and bonfire ash, complemented by sweet dried fruits, sherry wood spices, and a touch of salted toffee. Mid-palate reveals flavors of bitter dark chocolate, clove, espresso, and baked dates. The sherry influence is refined and integrates seamlessly with the smoke. The finish is long, warming, and complex. A dry, smoky tail lingers with sea salt, black tea, oak tannin, and a subtle, sweet molasses note at the end
