On the nose, offers bright and fresh—lemon oil, green apple, and crushed barley lead the way, followed by peat smoke, vanilla pods, white pepper, and toasted coconut. There’s also a faint hint of sea breeze and charred oak. On the palate, intensely peaty, but remarkably clean and structured. Creamy vanilla and sweet malt are met with charcoal, spicy oak, and a touch of citrus zest. The texture is oily and powerful, yet elegant, with a balanced interplay between sweet and smoky.
