Subtle hints of beeswax, polished leather, and herbal tea emerge, alongside a soft dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is smooth and silk-like, offering refined layers of honeycomb, vanilla pod, poached pear, and golden raisin. The long aging brings delicate cedar spice, almond brittle, and light toffee, with a gentle tannic grip from the cask. There’s a warmth and softness throughout—mature, but vibrant—balanced by touches of citrus oil, chamomile, and soft malt.
