The nose opens with a gentle wood smoke, more hearth-fire than bonfire, alongside notes of dried hay, grilled lemon, and toasted cereal. Subtle aromas of manuka honey, leather satchel, and heather blossom add both sweetness and earthiness, giving it a uniquely rugged-yet-refined appeal. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, oily, and expressive. You’ll find flavours of burnt toffee, smoked malt, and roasted nuts, balanced by baked apple, black tea, and a touch of menthol.
