On the nose, it opens with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and peach yogurt, backed by light notes of vanilla fudge, crushed barley, and a hint of sea breeze salinity. It’s bright and expressive, with a clean Highland profile. The palate is medium-bodied and slightly waxy, delivering flavours of pear tart, cereal biscuits, and honeyed malt, followed by a soft thread of ginger spice, white pepper, and almond skin. There’s a freshness throughout — lifted by citrus and balanced with gentle oak. The finish is clean and moderately long, with lingering notes of lemon curd, light oak, and a touch of mint tea.
