On the palate, the whisky is silky and harmonious. Flavours of baked apple, vanilla cream, and marzipan are elegantly intertwined with gentle spice—clove, nutmeg, and white pepper—and soft malt richness. Mid-palate reveals hints of dried figs, Earl Grey tea, and wax-polished oak furniture, all delicately balanced with just a touch of fruitcake sweetness and light herbaceous lift. The finish is long, mellow, and satisfying—leaving behind notes of candied citrus peel, warm malt loaf, and dry oak spice, with a faint echo of honeyed tea and toasted hazelnuts.
