The nose opens with a burst of sea breeze, engine oil, and lemon peel, followed by damp oak, chalky stone, and a touch of waxed citrus. Underneath lies a thread of barley grist, dried herbs, and briny smoke — raw, honest, and coastal. On the palate, it’s oily and slightly chewy, offering flavours of salted toffee, burnt sugar, and green apple skin, layered with notes of black pepper, wet rope, and charred malt.
