Made using unique mashbills and fermented with wine yeasts or wild cultures, this whisky is as much a conversation piece as it is a spirit. On the nose, it’s bright and effervescent — bursting with aromas of pear drop candy, green banana, and lemon sherbet, underpinned by fresh notes of white grape skin, eucalyptus, and a hint of unripe mango. The palate is light-bodied but expressive, with flavours of citrus zest, dried pineapple, and malty biscuits.
