Expect a big hit of charred caramel, barrel spice, and dark chocolate, wrapped in notes of smoked brown sugar, black cherry, and cracked black pepper. The aspen stave influence brings a dry, aromatic woodiness—like pine sap and incense smoke—that sets it apart from typical bourbon profiles. The finish is long, grippy, and robust, tapering into flavors of dry oak, chili spice, maple candy, and a faint trace of eucalyptus and leather.
