Sweet and spicy tones collide—brown sugar, roasted corn, and vanilla extract lead the way, followed by bursts of black pepper, clove, and smoked chili chocolate. Mid-palate brings notes of barrel char, toasted pecans, and dark fruit compote, all wrapped in a punchy oak backbone with a touch of heat. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of charcoal dust, cinnamon spice, dry tobacco, and maple-glazed oak, fading into a dry, smoky, woodsy close.
