The nose is soft and refined, opening with aromas of baked apple, honeycomb, and dried apricot, gently laced with vanilla bean, almond pastry, and a whisper of waxy citrus peel. A subtle floral note — honeysuckle or chamomile — drifts through, adding grace and complexity. On the palate, it is smooth and mouth-filling, with flavours of peach cobbler, malted biscuit, and orange marmalade evolving into light spice and polished oak.
