The nose is aromatic and inviting, opening with ripe green pears, nectarine, and vanilla pod, followed by soft notes of floral honey, almond nougat, and a wisp of dried apricot. Underlying aromas of linen, lemon balm, and gentle oak spice add depth. On the palate, it’s smooth and mellow, delivering flavours of honeyed malt, peach syrup, and white chocolate, balanced by hints of baking spice, marzipan, and light toasted oak.
