On the nose, you’ll find notes of crushed almonds, lemon zest, and barley sugar, followed by hints of pear skin, fresh-cut hay, and a wisp of sea breeze. Subtle undertones of butter toffee, green tea, and light oak spice add complexity. The palate is crisp and malty, offering flavours of biscuit dough, granny smith apples, and honeycomb, layered with vanilla oak, ginger, and a soft nuttiness reminiscent of hazelnut praline.
