The nose opens with elegant layers of baked apple, lemon curd, and soft vanilla cream, followed by hints of toffee, grated ginger, and sea breeze salinity. A whisper of almond skin, wet stone, and herbal tea adds a touch of maritime complexity. On the palate, it’s smooth, refined, and slightly waxy, offering flavours of pear tart, honeycomb, and oak spice. Mid-palate brings out notes of orange peel, light malt loaf, and a hint of white pepper. The coastal influence is gentle — enhancing freshness rather than overpowering with salt or smoke.
