Aged for a decade, it strikes a fine balance between distillate clarity and cask development. The nose opens with soft notes of pear drops, green apple, and freshly baked sponge cake, followed by gentle waves of vanilla bean, honeyed barley, and a touch of wildflowers. Hints of almond nougat, lemon peel, and light oak add complexity without heaviness. On the palate, it’s smooth and lightly creamy, offering flavours of orchard fruits, white chocolate, and biscuit malt, alongside subtle undertones of cereal, gingerbread, and cinnamon sugar.
