The nose bursts with juicy, tropical aromas—mango, pineapple, and guava puree—balanced by honeyed cereal, vanilla fudge, and toasted coconut. Hints of ginger, orange marmalade, and sandalwood add brightness and depth, while the subtropical maturation lends a warm, ripe character. On the palate, it's rich and oily, with flavours of ripe stone fruits (apricot, peach), caramelised banana, and vanilla cream. There’s a gentle spice build—white pepper, ginger, and clove—accompanied by soft oak and a whisper of tobacco leaf. The malt backbone stays present throughout, offering a chewy, satisfying structure. The finish is medium to long, warm and slightly drying, with lingering notes of fruit syrup, sweet spices, and lightly charred oak.
