Mid-palate reveals orange peel, nutmeg, and rich malt biscuits, backed by gentle oak tannins and a smooth, rounded sweetness. The cask influence is bold but well-integrated, likely ex-bourbon or lightly toasted American oak, enhancing the natural richness of the spirit. The finish is long and warming—lingering with notes of molasses, vanilla custard, cardamom, and a soft taper of oak spice and tropical fruit skins.
