Crafted at 7,000 feet elevation using local mesquite wood and custom stills, this single malt is truly terroir-driven. The nose opens with notes of toasted malt, campfire smoke, and baked apples, followed by hints of leather, cedar, and a soft earthy minerality. A wisp of mesquite wood smoke adds a distinctly Southwestern signature — fragrant, dry, and subtly sweet. On the palate, it is robust and slightly oily, delivering flavours of roasted nuts, cocoa powder, and dried apricot, wrapped in warming notes of black tea, charred oak, and a hint of desert herb — think sage or rosemary.
