Ulisse Amaranta is a powerful, full-bodied Italian red wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes from the Abruzzo region. It is a deep ruby red color with an intense aroma of red fruit like cherry and plum, complemented by notes of spice, tobacco, licorice, and vanilla from its aging in oak barrels. The palate is elegant and velvety with a well-integrated tannic structure, a long and complex finish, and pairs well with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.
